WAPBanX reserves the right to refuse membership to any WAP sites or banners containing illegal, hacking, WAREZ, unauthorised auctions, fraudulent or fake memorobilia and/or immoral activities of other kinds.
Only standard WAP sites can be signed up for this service, attempts to sign up websites or XHTML, iMode etc will be refused.
The WML code provided upon joining must be copied onto member's WAP site within 24 hours. This code may not be modified in any way without the prior approval of WAPBanX. It must also be in a visible place accessible to visitors. The page containing the WAPBanX link exchange code may not have a meta-refresh tag of any kind.
WAPBanX reserves the right to delete members accounts should they :-
- Not place the ad code within their sites
- If the ad code is removed after the account has already been verified.
- If the banner or site it points to is altered in anyway not authorised by WAPBanX.
- Enter false information during or after signing up.
- Not give, or failing to provide an up to date email address.
- No credit refunds shall be issued in either of these instances.
The WAPBanX name, logo, software, databases, reports, website, and information are proprietary and cannot be used without prior permission.
WAPBanX reserves the right to modify or change any and all of these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary.
