Q: How does it work?
A: Well it's really easy, sign up, add the banner you want displayed, once authorised add some wml code to your WAP page(s) and that's it. From then on every time a banner from WAPBanX is shown on your site you get credits, these credits are turned into views of your banner on other sites in the WAPBanX network.
Q: What sort of site are in the netowrk and what do you accept.
A: Our system allows for multiple categories - which means we accept most types of sites, including Adult - BUT because you can define what categories you want then you can set it up so that your banner is only shown on sites you want, and you can define which types of banners will be shown on your site.
Q: Why do you only accept gif images?
A: Although other image types are accepted by SOME WAP phones (jpg, png etc) gif is the most widely accepted.
Q: I thought WAP only used WBMP images?
A: Older monochrome WAP phones were restricted to WBMP image but newer colour phone aren't so restricted.
Q: Can I submit animated gif images?
A: Yes you can, but remember the size of the phone they are going to be seen on and remember the size restrictions (max image sixe 120x40, max file size 3k)
Q: Where does the other banner impressions go?
A: Banner impressions created by out 2:1 ratio are used for paid for advertising, if your interested in buying more banner credits just ask.
